Free Pick Up

If you would like to pick up your order in person, please call us ahead in advance at 1-888-874-8782 with your order number ready.

Our location is 120-14480 Knox Way, Richmond BC.

Pick up is only available from Monday to Friday, 10 am to 5 pm.



Free Local Shipping

Deliveries are made from 10:30 am to 5:00 pm on weekdays. We will contact you via the email you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

Returns & Refund Policy

I placed an order, can I return it?

Yes! We want you to be comfortable with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied, our return policy allows you to return (most) products to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Just make sure the product(s) is in their original condition.


Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:


  • The product(s) were purchased in the last 30 days

  • The product(s) are in the original packaging

  • The following Goods cannot be returned:

    • Customized items

    • Open or used items

    • Clearance sale items

    • Items marked as "Not eligible for return"

After 30 Days?

We do not accept returns outside the 30-day period (i.e. after 30 days of receiving your order).  If you make a return, we may send it back.

*Kindly note, we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the items or proof of received return delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected by our fulfillment center (usually within 2-3 business days), we will process the refund. A credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method.

Please Note: It may take an additional 2 - 4 business days for your credit to post to your account. Shipping is non-refundable.

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.


I received defective, damaged items, missing items, and/or incorrect items, what do I do?

Sorry to hear that! We do all we can to package items for safe delivery. If your items were damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery of your order.

For defective, missing, or incorrect items, please contact us immediately and we'd be more than happy to assist you with a return or exchange. 

Occasionally, we may ask for photos and detailed information to resolve the issue thoroughly and efficiently.

What if I refuse the package?

Refunds will be given for refused packages minus the shipping charges.
